Traditionally, hard trays (injection molded trays) have been used for fine-shaped trays for semiconductors, electronic components, and circuit boards. However, due to advancements in design technology and mold technology, it has become possible for soft trays (vacuum formed trays) to accommodate fine shapes as well.
The cost of molds is reduced to one-tenth of that of hard trays, contributing to cost savings. They can be used as an alternative to traditional hard trays (injection molded trays).
They minimize the risk of deformation and damage to materials during transport. By storing materials in trays tailored to their shape and characteristics, safety is enhanced.
